Circuit Training (all levels welcome)

Get a full body workout, that includes exercises to improve strength and endurance. You get personal attention from our certified personal trainers, (Eric, Jen, and Kam), modifications to exercises for all abilities, weekly support, at-home challenges, and a fun and supportive atmosphere. Check out our testimonials for more information on what these classes have done for so many already.

Yoga (all levels welcome)

Melanie and Diana are now offering several different styles of yoga, including Restorative, Gentle Flow, Vinyasa, and an all new Yoga-Pilates class (see below).

All levels welcome, and you only need to bring a mat (we do have a few on hand if you forget one).

ALL NEW: Yoga-Pilates Class

Yoga-Pilates is aimed to open up and stretch your entire body and is ideal for every age and body type. The class is structured based on Pilates, Yoga, and Barre movements to strengthen the body. There will be 45 minutes of Yoga/Pilates and 15 minutes of stretching. Each class focuses on lengthening muscles at a gradual pace by using the breath to engage key muscles. Equipment: light weights and Pilates ball. The all new Yoga-Pilates class will be an hour long with 45 minutes of Yoga Pilates and then 15 minutes of stretching.
All levels welcome, and you only need to bring a mat (we do have a few on hand if you forget one).

Youth Classes

Stay tuned for our next youth class as we conduct a different style each month. These have been a huge hit with the kids, as our mission is to make sure our kids are establishing movement routines early in life, by making it fun! Check out our youth fitness class video for a peek.
