What does the name J&J Movement Factory mean?
Well, Jen and Jeremy are the owners (J&J), the vision of being strong, fit, and healthy have everything to do with getting people moving more (Movement- Read our story), and our gym is a repurposed warehouse/factory setting (Factory). Plus we are Generation X’ers, so we have to mention our favorite C+C Music Factory song, Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now). It’s only fitting.
